When you refer a friend or a family member to work for Manpower – and he or she works a certain number of hours on a job – we’ll pay you! *

It’s as simple as that. There’s no limit to how many people you can refer, and you can make a referral whether you are a Manpower associate or not.

We have part-time, full-time, temporary, permanent, and temp-to-perm jobs available in a variety of sectors, including office/administrative, industrial, manufacturing, finance, contact center, hospitality and more, in addition to exclusive training programs.

Our referral process has changed! Now, you don’t have to create an account on manpower.ca to submit referrals. Instead, please visit, email, text, or call your dedicated Manpower recruiter.

If you want to know about the status of a referral you made in the past, please contact your Manpower recruiter.

If you are not currently an associate, please locate and contact the Manpower branch closest to you by clicking on the ‘Branch Locator’ in the top, right-hand corner of your screen and entering your location.
