Our client, in the transportation industry is seeking an Outreach Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will need to travel 50%-75% of the time and have excellent time management skills and experience within the public sector which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Orange, CA
Pay Range: $32.06-38.19
What’s the Job?
• Researches and attends networking and recruiting events i.e. Career Fairs, Community Events, University Job Fairs, etc.
• Represents the agency and builds relationships with colleges/universities, career centers, agencies, job fairs as well as outside vendors, etc.
• Report on recruiting metrics after every career event including a number of candidates networked with.
• Conduct Outreach to multiple Career Centers, Carrer Associations, University Career Centers, Trucking Schools to promote job openings.
• Source potential applicants via Web-based Networking or Social Media Groups.
What’s Needed?
• Must be Outgoing, Determined, with Exceptional Time Management Skills
• 2 Years Minimum Recruiting or Canvassing Management Experience
• Must be willing to travel 50%-75% of time in own Vehicle
• Must have clean DVM Driving Record
• Must be able to pass Background and Drug screenings
