Perform routine maintenance on all scale house equipment and maintain good housekeeping in and around the scale house. Perform and accurately record chip analysis, fuel moisture content analysis, and ash content analysis. Monitor rail scales, and communicate with railroad personnel. Monitor truck-unloading time; Communicate with wood yard personnel to maximize truck unloading time and direct trucks to proper locations in the mill to aid in improving this time. Accurately measure and monitor wood fiber inventories in the mill on a daily basis. Communicate any unusual wood flow, security or safety problems to the Manager, Fiber Procurement Operations.
