EDI Systems Specialist
Seeking a skilled professional with in-depth EDI knowledge and a robust background in internal and external collaboration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience resolving EDI failures, navigating portals, handling portal invoicing, acquiring credentials, managing access codes, overseeing uploads, and proficiently handling mapping processes.
Key Responsibilities:
EDI Proficiency
Automated EDI/Portals Expertise: Experience with automated EDI systems, particularly with Ariba and/or Tungsten, is highly desirable.
Training and Coaching: Take a lead role in training and coaching peers on EDI processes and related technologies. Share knowledge and contribute to the team's collective skill set.
Excel Proficiency: Showcase advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, and a basic understanding of macros. Efficiently utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Ideal Qualifications:
Salesforce and SAP Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP systems is a plus, showcasing a broader understanding of enterprise-level platforms.
Manual Customer Portals: Experience with manual customer portals such as Coupa and Taulia is advantageous. Ability to manage credentials for these portals adds an extra layer of expertise.
