Manpower in partnership with manufacturing company in Longmont is looking for a Direct HIre / Permanent Placement Machine/ Mainteance Tech. 
Hours:  7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday, OT is likely!
Pay:  $27 - $35/hour  dependiing on experience 

Roles and Responsibilities Include:

• Repair Injection molding machines, robots, fixtures, and other auxiliary equipment related to the injection molding process.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic systems using schematics and technical drawings.
• Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment.
• Identify and requisition needed replacement parts and supplies.
• Work with other mechanics, production personnel, engineers and outside vendors and/or consultants as necessary.
• Perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance using current system.
• Complete required paperwork, documenting parts and material usage.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.

$27 to $35/hr based one experience

• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and understand hydraulic & electrical schematics.
• Ability to troubleshoot automation PLC controls.
• Ability to operate lathes, milling machines, welders, and other shop equipment.
• General knowledge of safe working practices including Lock-Out/Tag Out.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to interpret complex situations and execute actions and plans.
