In this role, you'll be integral to Operations, providing support to the Sales Team. Job Title: Sales Analyst 1-Contract
Location: Boise, Idaho
Pay Range: $19.59/hour
What’s the Job?
Analyze sales data and create reports, including predicting future sales and ensuring accuracy. Manage and resolve issues in open orders, keeping stakeholders informed and escalating problems when needed. Handle daily post-sales activities such as processing returns, managing credits, and solving customer problems. Act as a subject matter expert in resolving order management issues for all products, using specialized knowledge and analysis.
What’s Needed?
Associates degree or higher in business or finance Minimum two years of experience in a related field Intermediate experience with MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word Strong analytical and problem solving skills Good teamwork and time management skills
