Job Title: Food Service Associate

Location: Downtown Milwaukee

Pay Range: $17.75/hr

What’s the Job?

As a Food Service Associate you will be working as part of a team committed to providing a quality customer experience.

Serves food in a manner consistent with restaurant specifications. Sets up and cleans up assigned area of work. Practices safe food handling and sanitation practices. General food prep in all areas of the kitchen. May perform minor cooking functions.

What’s Needed?

Excellent customer service skills. Proven experience with customer service. Positive attitude Able to move quickly-fast paced at times. Must be dependable and on time

Job Title: Prep Cook

Location: Downtown Milwaukee

Pay Range: $18/hr

What’s the Job?

Preparing a variety of menu items for cafeteria and catering services including but not limited to salads, condiments, fruit plates, vegetables plates, sliced meats, sandwiches, and preparation of raw ingredients Assist chefs in food preparation including hot food preparation. Weigh, measure, cut, slice and safely use a variety of equipment Responsible for maintaining accurate and complete labeling and date marking of products to assure freshness May adjust work location, tasks or assignments routinely throughout the day adjusting to business need as directed by manager(s) or team leader(s)

What’s Needed?

A solid knowledge of weights and measures and the ability to read and interpret recipes Knife handling skills Willingness to work as part of a team High degree of personal initiative and motivation, 2+ years' experience
