    Job Title: Tray Line Associate

    What’s the Job?
    - Ensure the general order and cleanliness of the tray line area, including sweeping and mopping.
    - Follow proper procedures when serving food during meal times. Take the temperature of and taste foods before the tray line starts.
    - Keep silverware stocked and ready for meal times. Ensure that all plates, bottoms, tops, and trays are ready for the next tray line service. 
    - Refill the refrigerator and get it ready for the next meal service.
    - Maintain temperature log using T-sticks or recommended thermometer.
    -Replenish floor stock based on floor stock forms. 
    -Perform daily cleaning assignments.
    -Follow standardized cleaning, safety, and sanitation procedures. Practice the "clean as you go" philosophy.

    What’s Needed?
    - Capable of prolonged standing and walking continuously, pushing dish racks, frequent stooping, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
    - 4 (10 hour) shifts a week that will fall between Monday through Friday and every other weekend
    - The hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 
    - Background check, drug screen,TB and vaccinations required.
    - Possible temp to perm. Once you go perm, benefits are offered.
