I am partnering with a machining company located in Shelby, NC for a direct hire Industrial Maintenance Technician position.  This would be a 232 schedule 7pm-7am with a possibility to go to first shift after some time.

Our client in Warwick, RI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be supporting Production Team. The ideal candidate will have reliability, work ethic and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Warwick, RI

Pay: $25+/hour

What’s the Job?

· Air line installation – Run new air lines for machinery, replace filters, valves etc.

· Basic plumbing repairs – Replace toilet fixtures, sinks, etc, sweat joints and clean back-ups as required

· Basic hydraulic repairs – Rebuild pallet jacks, repair hose leaks, maintain equipment fluid levels

· Building maintenance – Snow removal, ground maintenance

· Basic carpentry – Door/window repair, wall hangings etc.

What’s Needed?

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Broad based knowledge of machinery, both mechanical and electrical. o Mechanical experience with CNC punch, laser, and press brake machines

· Willing to attend courses and seminars in as required

· Able to work flexible hours when needed

· Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills, as well as the desire to develop or improve skills as required
