Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed.
Rate of pay: $19.00
MANAGER WILL SELECT CANDIDATE Need knowledge in MATH 
Primary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks that include stacking corrugated product, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized work space. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safe, demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and have a desire to advance within the company.

Responsibilities: Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate power hand tools, and other duties as assigned. Maintain a clean work environment. Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills. Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations. Ability to lift, push or pull 50lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.

Required to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on your position.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent Military training and or Technical School preferred Experience: Must have at least two years machine operator experience in a high volume manufacturing setting. 5+ years of experience

What’s the Job?

Performs multifunctional duties in a warehouse environment related to picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and the put-away of parts. Responsible for checking and maintaining incoming and outgoing shipments. Must have the ability to perform all operator functions such as put-aways and picks. Generally works from written orders but may work from verbal orders if necessary.

Work from an order picklist/RF scanner to fill customer part orders from warehouse bins.  Responsible for grouping parts together according to the order pick list and transporting the accurate parts to packing. Proper and accurate count is required for each order before packing the order in a suitable manner. Responsible for completeness or accuracy of orders. May need to complete orders that are not filled completely prior to packing. Performs tasks necessary for shipping and/or receiving of parts.

 

What’s Needed?

High school graduate, GED, or equivalent work experience. 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment. Team player! Proficient in PC-based software programs a plus but not required. Effective communication skills, both written and oral. Positive attitude.

Hours: morning 8 hours shift

Summary
This is a direct hire role with a startup med tech company that requires an assembler who is detail-oriented, willing to learn, and a self-starter. The Production Technician will assist in building the surgical navigation system, which consists of an electromechanical chassis, computer, display, and an electrical patient pad. This will require understanding assembly drawings and manufacturing procedures. This role may require using equipment such as electrical test equipment (oscilloscope, multi-meter), vision systems and standard mechanical tools for assembly.

Responsibilities Include:

• Properly utilize controlled, released documentation to perform all work tasks and processes

• Disassemble, systems, clean all components, and repair/replace damage parts • Complete any required service corrective actions and system software/hardware upgrades
• Reassemble systems and install required options and accessories
• Verify correct system operation through diagnostic and functional tests
• Record all test results and update Device History Records for each piece of equipment
• Identify, segregate, and disposition/redirect product that fails acceptance criteria • Maintain accurate inventory records including status/location of parts and systems
• Maintain tools and test equipment properly and ensure calibrations are complete
