What is the job?

•    Makes sure that workstation is clean and free of hazardous materials.
•    Assembles product parts by hand.
•    Observes and removes faulty product parts from assembly line.
•    Inspects assembled products to ensure they are up to quality standards.
•    Affixes labels, company logos, and other exterior details to products.
•    Prepare the kits of raw material (e.g., carbon fiber or fiberglass prepregs, adhesive films, honeycomb core) per specific work instructions and customer specifications.
•    Kitting includes (but not limited to): sorting of material in freezers, program and operate material ply cutting machine, hand cutting of material, etc.
•    Deliver kits to the different production areas.
•    Packs up completed products and prepares them for shipment.
•    Adheres to all safety guidelines dictation the production and handling of materials in the factory.
•    Load and unload curing equipment
•    Demold cured parts from tooling per specific work instructions and customer specifications.
•    Move tools for storage or to next stages of production.
•    Performs general clean up and sanitation duties
•    Cleaning high traffic areas by wiping, sweeping, mopping
•    Cleaning off tables in the cafeteria, sanitizing door handles and high touch areas
•    Light cleaning and sanitizing throughout the facility

What do you bring to the job?

•    Candidate must own steel toed safety boots.
•    Ability to read instructions and blueprints. 
•    Reliable transportation
•    High School or equivalent required
•    Self-motivated, quick learner.
•    Ability to use power tools, cutting tools and equipment.
•    Able to bend, kneel, stoop and stand for long periods of time and physical ability to life up to 50lbs 
•    Must be flexible with your schedule and able to work overtime.
