    A global and industry manufacturing leader seeks a Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This position will support both internal and external customers and work cross functionally with different departments within the company. The company prides itself on providing a fun and friendly work culture. This position is based out of Niagara Falls, NY.

    Responsibilities: 

      Process customer requests for quotations for standard products in the system within 24-48 hours Work closely with Business Development Managers to process requests for quotations for non-standard products in the system according to written procedures. Prepare sample requests adhering to sample procedure based on availability or standard and quoted non-standard sample lead times. Direct interaction with both internal and external customers on a daily basis. Develop good working relationships with each assigned customer, external and internal, to know and understand their business/duties in order to better manage and work together with the customer.
    Qualifications: 
      1+ years of previous experience in a similar role (sales, customer service, purchasing) in a manufacturing environment Strong computer skills Proficient with Google Apps (Mail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides) Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    Our client, located in Cambridge is looking to add Mechanical Assemblers to their growing team.

    Job Duties :
    Setting up and maintaining shop tools and equipment;
    Reading, understanding and interpreting blueprints;
    Assembling custom truck bodies
    Proficiency with hand and power tools, cranes, compressors; running wiring, attaching hi-rail gear and other various body components;
    Installing electrical wiring, hydraulic systems and compressors;
    Problem resolution for various systems during the installation phase;
    Coaching and mentoring other employees;
    Running electrical wire and hooking wire harnesses;
    Using crane and rigging equipment efficiently and safely;
    Working both independently and in a team environment.
    Other duties as assigned

    Our client, a food industry leader in Kitchener is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting the production team. 

    Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
    Location: Kitchener, Ontario
    Pay - $39/hour

    What’s the Job?

    Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
    Install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and programmable logic controls
    Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions
    Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts
    Operate machine tools such as lathes and mill machines to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machinery
    Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation using hand and power tools and welding equipment.
    Troubleshooting/repairs/installations of processing equipment with a working knowledge of electrical to allow efficient repair/replacement results
    Extensive mechanical knowledge including power transmission, pneumatics and hydraulics
    Optimize equipment safety, efficiency and reliability, participating in continuous improvement projects and completing work orders according to PM schedules
    Continually improve equipment function via design improvements

    What’s Needed?
    2-5 years' industrial mechanical experience, preferably in the food industry.
    Proven track record working with mechanics, machine shop practices, pneumatic & hydraulic fields is required.
    Problem solving skills and good communication skills are required.
    Comfortable using computers
    Ability to work well within a team and independently
    Comfortable with occasional heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
    You really enjoy working in a fast paced environment where every day can bring new and unique challenges
    Ability to work a flexible shift day/afternoon/night, Sunday to Saturday, and holidays.
    Willing to obtain Red Seal Millwright License - Industrial Millwright 433A
