    The Transaction Processing clerk is accountable for processing transactions of a non-financial nature and/or routine financial nature (e.g. updating/changing client information, inputting new client information, adjustments to customer accounts to correct pre-processing and processing errors). Some independent judgment may be required according to well-defined procedures and guidelines and escalating issues as appropriate.

    Complete clerical duties such as typing basic information, modifying established spreadsheets, filing, faxing, photocopying, ordering stationery/dispatch supplies to provide administrative support to assigned area. These are contract roles with possibility of extension.

    Pay rate $16.77/hr
    Monday to Friday : 9AM to 5PM

    *High Attention to detail

    *Knowledge of internal client systems and applications

    The AP/AR Admin handles daily functions for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as well as being the primary phone/receptionist coverage. Assists the Controller as needed.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    1. Primary person to answer all phones and redirect calls; greet visitors and direct to correct employee.

    2. AP: Enter vendor invoices and match receivers in ERP system, select invoices to be paid, process checks and ACH/Wires as needed. Review accruals from PO receipts weekly for unreceived invoices needed from a vendor. Produce use and sales tax statements. Assist Purchasing with credit applications to apply for terms with a vendor. Upkeep new vendor records in ERP system. Collect and file pack slips from receiving.

    3. AR: Daily invoicing and sending invoices to customers, complete collections calls for past due invoices for both Contract Manufacturing and Vacuum Products and entering different payment forms in the ERP system. Assist Sales with trade references for customers applying for terms. Produce Sales & Backlog report daily for upper management.

    4. Assisting in the adherence of internal controls.

    5. Responsible for journal entries assigned by the Controller and reconciling accounts for the monthly, quarterly and annual closing; resolving any inaccuracies or imbalances

    6. Assist in the preparation of financial numbers, for daily, and month end reporting

    7. Assist in developing reports for management

    8. Duties will be split into mostly AP and AR with some duties shared, but would like the team to be crossed trained in time

    - The Analytical Chemist position is responsible for providing analytical testing of pharmaceutical materials in support of particle size reduction contract manufacturing operations and contract analytical services.
    - Testing includes (but is not limited to) characterization of drug substance physical properties (particle size analysis, x-ray powder diffraction, surface area analysis etc.) and chemical testing of drug substance and drug product samples (HPLC, GC, Karl Fisher etc.), stability testing, release testing etc.
    - The position requires detail-oriented individuals with strong organizational, communication (oral and written), time management and multi-tasking skills.

    II. Essential Functions:
    - The Analytical Chemist will perform analytical testing of pharmaceutical samples in accordance with customer methods, particle size reduction procedures/policies and cGMPs.
    - Rigorous documentation of all testing activities is required, including the maintenance of laboratory notebooks, preparation of detailed laboratory reports, investigation reports etc.
    - The Analytical Chemist will also be responsible for technical review of peer data.
    - The position also entails day-to-day activities associated with maintenance of laboratory functions (instrument calibration/maintenance, glassware cleaning, waste removal, supply inventory/ordering, sample tracking etc.)

    * Ability to interface with contractors, maintenance personnel, safety, and other user groups across the campus
    * Requires good technical ability, with high level verbal and written communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide variety of customers is essential
    * Must have the ability to understand installed electrical distribution systems, electrical schematic diagrams, and engineering documentation



    Preferred Education/Experience/Skills/other:
