    We are currently seeking a Contractor to serve as a Digital Marketing Consultant with deep experience in performance marketing with 8+ years' media and analytics experience who will lead our team of 3 media managers to drive acquisition for the client

    The ideal candidate has experience owning performance based digital advertising campaigns either client side or agency side. This role will lead our digital media team to drive acquisition (leads) and have a proven track record of driving growth across channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic, and innovative new channels.

    This position is for you if you have a passion for data-driven marketing, as well as distribution, channel, and media strategy to develop and activate audiences.

    * Experience managing an in-house digital marketing team or agency team focused on performance metrics with aggressive KPIs and targets
    * Start up or entrepreneurial approach is preferred with proven examples of being nimble/agile in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
    * Develop highly targeted omni-channel distribution strategies inclusive of tactics such as paid social, programmatic native content syndication, display advertising, video advertising, etc. to drive digital leads through client owned channels.
    * Monitor campaigns on a regular basis and make performance optimizations as needed to stay within set monthly budgets and achieve KPI goals.
    * Lead the 3 Media Managers currently running day to day performance across paid social, paid search and digital partnerships.
    * Partner with organic social team to develop follower acquisition campaigns.
    * Contribute to other discipline leads (creative, content, product, analytics, etc.) to ensure paid media integration across projects.
    * Collaborate with other members of the social team to manage multiple lines of messaging on content calendar
    * Bachelor's degree or equivalent agency or client work experience.
    * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate the rationale behind the methodology that goes into performance media strategy.
    * A min. 8+ years proven track record running performance media programs.
    * Experience managing a team and working with an advertising agency
    * Detail-oriented and ability to maintain key department metrics.
    * Strong understanding of social media platforms, social tactics and strategies that generate leads and paid social measurement opportunities
    * Clear understanding of media attribution
    * Ability to recognize good creative/content for social
    * An analytical thinker who uses data and insights to develop lead-generating tactics
    * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
    * Ability to navigate complex compliance concerns.

    Must haves;
    Experience at a digital media agency or consultant firm managing paid media accounts. Experience delivering insights from reporting is a must. Must have managed people.

    Nice haves:
    Working in house or client side in media is a huge plus.
