    Overview of job duties:

    * Responsible for the setup of a system of process control of all relevant sub processes to ensure stable performance in time.
    * Provide second line technical support to several customers, when installation is involved.
    * Responsible to deliver the input for R&D developments on the industrialization status
    * Apply SPC methodology to critical inputs and outputs.
    * Provide feedback and coaching to Technicians on operating processes and quality tool utilization.

    Here's a summary of who we're seeking:

    * B.S. Engineering degree required
    * Aluminum or steel rolled product/rolling mill experience
    * 3+ yrs relevant experience
    * Knowledge of all processes of assigned installation - Mechanical & hydraulics, Chemical, Electrical & controls, Measurement systems, Automation platforms (level 1-3), and Thermo-mechanical processing capabilities.
    * Quality assurance and/or quality systems experience

    Desirable:

    * Six sigma green belt or black belt

    * Working knowledge of GD&T, FMEA, DVP&R, DFSS, DFA, DFM, APQP, VAVE and problem resolution (8D, Ishikawa diagrams, etc.)
    * Engineering knowledge of defined requirements and validation of component(s) / system(s) design, function, performance, production & manufacturing requirements, testing, and validation
    * Experience using Multibody dynamics simulation experience
    * Familiarity with automotive fastening methods

    Candidates must have current U.S. work authorization or be TN eligible from Mexico or Canada.
