    Must be able to show proof of valid driver's license with clean driving record.
    Must be able to pass 7 year background check.
    Must be able to pass urine drug screen.
    Customer service experience required.

    Manpower is currently seeking a Construction Engineer in Pipeline and Facilities field with demonstrated experience in developing and executing a Construction Execution Plan.

    Location: Lloydminster, AB.

    Hours: 12 hours per day, 6 days a week

    LOA and Vehicle Allowance available.

    Specific Accountabilities:
    * Issue accurate construction progress reporting and perform quantity surveys on a regular basis.
    * Communicate on a regular basis any issues / constraints with recommendations to mitigate those, all of which that may have project impact related to construction activities, safety, costs and schedule;
    * Provide site leadership and communicate a clear vision that generates commitment and support from all field employees, workers and contractors.
    * Develop and instill a strong safety culture and quality expectation that adheres to corporate standards and procedures;
    * Serve as the key interface point and coordination between the construction contractor, field team, project management, operations, and other 3rd parties
    * Lead the morning meetings that promote safety, a daily plan, communication of critical information, and addressing concerns or constraints that arise
    * Attend contractor daily meeting, tool box meetings, construction progress meetings and other scheduled project meetings that required for the success of the project;
    * Attend and actively participate in project close-out and lessons learned activities
    * Actively plan, manage, and evaluate resources to ensure adequate oversight and competency of construction activities;
    * Submitting AER and MER pipeline construction and hydrotest notifications for midstream pipeline projects;

    Required Education and Experience:
    * Post-secondary education in the technical field
    * Professional designations such as CWC, API, CMAA, PMP etc. is preferred
    * Previous experience in oil and gas industry in a similar role
    * Excellent writing skills to develop construction project document
    * Demonstrated experience in developing and executing Construction Execution Plan
    * Managed a direct team of more than 12 individuals and multi-disciplined contractors

    Maintenance Technician

    Manpower is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a company in Bellingham, WA. The Maintenance Technician performs general and preventative maintenance of all equipment, physical and structure in compliance with the facility. standards to protect the asset, ensure optimum operations and maximize tenant satisfaction.

    STATUS: Full Time

    SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

    RATE OF PAY: $18.00

    REQUIREMENTS: Driver licenses, background check and a drug test.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Knowledge of: General knowledge of plumbing, boiler, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, HVAC, locks and hardware required.

    Wallpaper and carpet repair skills preferred.

    Skills and Ability to: Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and complete routine reports and logs Establish and maintain effective professional, courteous and constructive relationships with tenants, staff and management team.

    Communicate effectively in the English language both verbally and in writing. Add, subtract, multiply and divide using units of weight, volume and distance. Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily activities.

    Meet attendance requirements with dependability and consistency.

    Manage one's time in order to meet productivity standards. Work in an on-call environment.

    Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.

    Three years' experience in building maintenance, preventative maintenance experience preferred.

    Previous experience in commercial maintenance at a similarly sized property preferred.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

    Must be able to see, walk, stand, bend, climb, balance, lift, carry, crouch, kneel, push and pull.

    Physical strength and manual dexterity to operate necessary equipment and perform required duties.
