    Call Center Representative

    WORK FROM HOME OPPORTUNITY!

    Manpower is currently seeking goal-oriented and experienced Call Center Representatives to coordinate and schedule at-home health risk assessments. This is a work-from-home work opportunity with mandatory onsite training in Largo, Florida for 2 weeks!

    * Largo, Florida
    * Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
    * Pay starts at $13.50 with the opportunity to increase up to $16.50 per hour!
    * Monthly Incentive eligibility!

    Responsibilities

    * Manage a large volume of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner
    * Follow communication "scripts" when handling outbound calls
    * Adhere to federal, state, and company procedures when confirming patient details as well as sensitive information
    * Seize opportunities to promote the benefits of no-cost preventative health assessments
    * Build solid relationships with plan members and verify account details
    * Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
    * Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

    * Track record of over-achieving quota
    * Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
    * Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
    * Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
    * High school degree or GED
    * Must have in-home high-speed internet access
