    · Operation is 24/7; standard schedule times range from:
    Schedule ( Sat, Sun, Wed, Thurs, and Friday/ 2PM-10:30PM

    You will be expected to:
    · To provide Five-Star customer service across our customer processes
    · Greet customers and facilitate the checking in/checking out of their vehicles
    · Complete and save drafts, start inspections for verify completion.
    · Follow all SOP's for each part of the operation
    · Communicate issues with the Lead as they occur
    · Clean and detail vehicles following the Quality checklist:
    o Vacuum front seat and floor
    o Vacuum rear seat and floor
    o Vacuum trunk
    o Wipe down center console
    o Wipe down dashboard/cup holders
    o Check door pockets for cleanliness
    o Door rail plastic/metal wipe down
    o Trunk rail wipe down
    o Clean all inside windows and windshield
    o Wash exterior

    · Maintain lot and work area cleanliness at all times
    · Perform weather related functions (hail blankets/snow, etc.) as necessary
    · Conduct routine preventative service checks on fleet vehicles
    · Assist Operations Lead/Field Ops Manager with any job-related functions
