    Negotiate cost-effective rates with service providers to ensure maximum profitability.
    Maintain SOP (standard operating procedures) and customer profiles including key contacts, special requirements, contract rates and preferred routings/services/carriers.
    Participate in quotes for overseas offices as requested.
    Review information published on Intranet system daily.
    Immediately report problems, operation disputes or discrepancies to a supervisor, manager, divisional manager or branch manager.

    We are seeking someone who is Bilingual (French/English) and has previous Customer Service experience.

    Details:
    Duration: 6 month contract, with possibility of extension
    Location: Downtown Toronto E - this is NOT a WFH position
    Hours: 9am - 5pm (7.5 hour day)
    $35 per hour

    Typical Day in the Role
    *Collect information from clients & enter in database
    *Respond to all phone & email inquiries in a timely and knowledgeable manner while fostering a relationship of mutual trust, respect and confidence.

    Must Have Skills / Requirements
    1) Candidate must be Bilingual both written and verbal in French and English
    2) 5+ years of Customer Service or Call Center experience within financial services
    3) 3+ years of experience with MS Office Suite (Windows, Outlook, Excel, etc) - intermediate level knowledge of Office commands

    What is the Job?

    Provide service to Annuity customers who possess a policy through MetLife or Brighthouse Financial by responding to requests via telephone regarding insurance and other financial service products and benefit plans
