    * Associates working in this area will be responsible for operating a radio frequency hand scanner to perform material handling assignments.

    The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill temporary, temporary to hire and/or direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. Works to develop and maintain a candidate pipeline that addresses client needs. Serves as a resource and provides guidance to the client.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Conducts intake calls with clients.
    Administers job postings in various systems.
    Qualifies candidates against pre-determined standard requirements.
    Enters and tracks assignment and/or candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
    Builds and maintains relationships with candidates.
    Responds to escalated candidate and/or temporary employee inquiries and escalates further as necessary.
    Completes candidate hiring/onboarding processes in accordance with client/organizational requirements.
    Participates in Quality Performance Reviews (QPRs).
    Ensures compliance and safety requirements are met.

    May act as team lead in absence of management.

    MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years of recruiting or other relevant experience is required. Bachelor's degree and previous experience working in the staffing or human resources solutions industries is highly desirable.

    Seagate Technology is hiring Wafer Fab Operators in Bloomington, MN. This is a temporary to permanent position with long term career potential. For this position, no direct experience is necessary.

    As a wafer fab operator, you are responsible for performing fabrication or electrical wafer test operations. You set up, operate, load, and monitor a machine and equipment to inspect/verify the quality of the product that is produced. You are responsible for recording and analyzing data. You ensure the processing environment is clean by following written specs and performing several operations. You also maintain awareness of safety policies and procedures. You communicate with a team member to ensure production flow and discuss workforce needs.

    Responsibilities of a Fab Operator include:
    * Adhering to all processes and procedures.
    * Setting up and operating equipment per Standard Operating Procedures.
    * Working in a team environment to meet production goals.
    * Demonstrating the desire to learn and grow by achieving certifications.
    * Performing all activities in a safe and responsible manner and supporting all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

    Qualifications/Requirements:
    * High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
    * The ability to work a 12 hour shift during the day or over night
    * The ability to stand/walk around for at least 85% of the time during any one shift
    * Must be comfortable with wearing a cleanroom suit, facemask and gloves
    * Must have basic computer and email skills
    * Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
    * The ability and willingness to work as part of a team

    This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for advancement and to grow your career. The temp assignment typically lasts between 3-6 months before going full time with Seagate.
