Pay rate is $21-22 per hour. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing custodial and maintenance managers by helping develop building service guidelines and procedures. Other duties include various administrative tasks such as managing schedules, handling staff time off requests, and responding to requests for services throughout the facility. Those interested must have at least 5-6 years of maintenance supervisory experience, experience supervising employees in a union setting, and be comfortable using a computer.
