    What is the job?

    Read schematic drawings and material lists, to determine required parts and any equipment prior to installing control panels in pump stations. Install control panels in pump stations. Lay out conduit runs prior to installation on pump stations. Cut, thread and bend conduit, shoot studs, and support conduit and boxes on pump stations. Run wiring through conduit after equipment and conduit are installed, using electrical schematic for guidance. Mount various types of components on pump stations such as transformers, dialers, lights, and VFD's, etc. Scan in and out of labor collection software, as required, to track work hours.

    * Full time hours
    o 1st Shift - Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm. Overtime as needed.
    * $19.70 - 25.00 per hour.

    Qualifications:
    Detail oriented
    2+ years' experience in wire assembly
    Experience in circuit board assembly
    Experience in properly Crimping, Soldering, De-pinning
    Read and interpret wiring prints and cut sheets
    Accurate measurement skills
    Experienced in use of multimeter
    Effective communication skills
    Positive and enthusiastic attitude

    Responsibilities
    Assembly of automotive wiring harnesses using hand tools and proper assembly techniques
    Follow work instructions (prints, cut sheets, sample harnesses) as provided
    Work in small teams to complete daily build requirements
    Inventory tracking of project parts and supplies
    Quality validation of wire harness assemblies
    Tear down and/or rework of donor harnesses
    Effectively communicate with cross functional teams on collaborative projects
    Maintain clean and organized workspace

    * May help troubleshoot designs, assemblies and components.
