    À propos de vous
    - Baccalauréat en RH, RI ou domaine annexe;
    - Expérience en administration. Une première expérience en Ressources Humaines sera hautement regardée;
    - Compétences supérieures en communication verbale et écrite en français;
    - Parfaitement bilingue (Anglais et Français)
    - Capacité d'établir des relations avec des intervenants internes et externes;
    - Efficacité avec la suite logicielle Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint et Word, Outlook) et facilite à apprendre de nouveaux outils informatiques.

    The Recruiter supports the organization's business objectives by sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, evaluating candidates and staffing open vacancies.

    Responsibilities

    · Work with hiring managers on hiring needs, crafting job postings and posting the position to appropriate job sites

    · Seek alternative or additional recruiting sources for hard to fill positions

    · Source potential applicants with a "hands on" approach to recruiting; not rely on job boards or job postings as a means of recruiting and have a knack for finding passive or hidden candidates.

    · Recruit, schedule and interview applicants in person and over the phone to assess skills, experience, availability, compensation requirements

    · Communicate with applicants on the status of their application

    · Prepare and present offers to selected candidates and initiate the onboarding process

    Skills

    · Preferred candidate will have experience with recruiting for medical or c level positions

    · Strong ability to interface with all levels of the organization

    · Excellent verbal and written communications skills is a must

    · Creative, outgoing, energetic person

    · Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    Education Bachelor's Level Degree Experience 1+ years of medical or high level recruiting experience preferred put not required.

    The position is located in Wakefield, MA and will be expected to be on-site Monday-Friday, 8:30 - 5:00 initially and then possibility of some remote work. This is a temp to perm opportunity with unbelievable opportunity for growth.

    Salary: $35.00 to $40.00 /hour
