    What is the Job?

    · Responsible for managing social media channels, planning social media efforts, developing content and analyzing KPI data.

    Social Media
    . Review and create reports on key channel metrics.
    . Work with team members to draft and execute social media strategy including best community practices and user events.
    . Work with team members to create monthly social media calendars.
    . Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
    . Draft and execute engaging content for social media platforms.
    . Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
    . Assist in the creation of updated content messaging.
    . Produce live social media content (including live streams).
    . Monitor social media channels for industry trends.

    Marketing/Communication
    . Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
    . Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
    . Making announcements re: game issues, events, maintenance schedule using a variety of mediums i.e. social media, forum
    . Engaging players via forum regarding feedback and offer information on game updates
    . Answering basic questions related to the game via social media, forum or in game
    . Hosting and participating in game master events, live streaming on Twitch TV and gaming YouTube

    What Do You Bring to the Job?

    . Fluency or native speaker (reading, writing and speaking) in Portuguese is a strong asset.
    . Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media or Communications preferred.
    . 1 to 2 years of experience planning, creating, implementing and measuring high-quality social media campaigns
    . Intermediate knowledge of image and video editing software
    . Passion for online gaming is a strong asset
    . Technically proficient with Microsoft Office
    . Ability to interpret customer needs
    . Basic understanding of computer hardware/software
    . Team oriented with solid interpersonal skills
    . Ability to respond to issues and provide quick, timely resolution
    . Ability to work irregular hours, over Time and occasionally on weekends
    . Some work-from-home possibility
