    PT Meal Delivery Coordinator (Bangor, Maine)
    Our client, a local nonprofit providing many programs to assist our communities during times of hardship, is seeking a part-time Meal Delivery Coordinator to work within Penobscot County. Take pride in performing rewarding work that benefits your fellow community members!

    What's in it for you?
    -Part-time employment planned to run at least through June
    -$13/hour, paid weekly
    -1st shift schedule with some flexibility: work 20 hours per week between 8am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday

    What will you be doing?
    -Unpacking and repacking meals for distribution
    -Meeting drivers and coordinating routes
    -Filling in to make deliveries as needed (with mileage reimbursed)

    What will you bring to the job?
    -Basic computer skills to send and receive emails, complete timesheets, and map directions as needed
    -Great customer service skills
    -Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for deliveries
    -MVR check and criminal background check will be conducted

    The Social Ambassador for Guest Services will welcome Career Center clients that have made reservations for in person appointments. This position requires a professional who demonstrates stellar customer service to effectively ensure all clients entering the building are greeted, routed to their appointments and follow all required safety protocols. This position will be tasked with periodic light disinfecting of common work areas where career seeking guests have been stationed during their appointments and offering support to CSCF staff in directing client traffic during their time in the Career Centers. Responsible for greeting, meeting and routing career seeker guests to their reserved appointments, while upholding all COVID-19 safety protocols required by both staff and guests. Confirm client reservations and communicating required schedule changes and coordinating replacements. Demonstrates calm professional demeanor when responding to inquiries, requests and needed changes in operational service delivery. Supports in opening and closing the guest traffic flow, keeping career seeker guests within scheduled appointment times, and required tracking reports both in person and digitally. Conducts routine light cleaning and sanitization of common work areas at regular intervals throughout the day and in between customer visits. Assists with the monitoring f all safety and health protocols/guidelines to ensure they are being adhered to by staff and customers and takes steps to immediately correct or notify Center Manager.
