    Manpower is seeking a hit the ground running part time Purchasing Agent for our Client.

    Position requires undergraduate degree in the field of Accounting or Finance. Must have strong analytical skills, experience with Excel (Pivot Tables). Must be able to manage multiple tasks at once and support category management.

    Looking for an experienced sourcing manager, who can execute sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations (including legal terms) with limited oversight. Some initiatives will include airline renewals and/or other time sensitive renewals.

    Title: Shipping/Receiving Coordinator


    * Inspecting and receiving inbound product into the Company and maintaining accurate inventory by entering shipment into the database.
    * Coordinate all outbound product shipments through the use of the database.
    * Coordinate all of the logistics of outbound shipments by assigning/dispatching all driver activity.
    * Communicate with internal customers regarding any and all shipping/receiving concerns.
    * Run open Customer PO report. Verify that the product is ready to ship on time. Contact appropriate Production Supervisor if product is not available to ship.
    * Communicate with production manager regarding timelines, past due orders, and shortages.
    * Check with Outsource vendors on statuses. Communicate this information with the Business Unit Manager, and Logistics Coordinator. Communicate discrepancies with Purchasing.
    * Inspect inbound and outbound product through database system as required.
    * Provide support and assistance to Manufacturing Department.
    * Monitor inventory levels of Proos Material and customer rendered material and notify Business Unit Manager of any and all discrepancies.


    * Associates degree or HS Diploma and equivalent years of experience.
    * 1-3 years of shipping and receiving experience.

    * Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines
    * Ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures.

    Title: Sourcing Specialist
    The Sourcing Specialist will interface closely with cross-functional teams as the Supply Management representative to identify suppliers, and source products & services that meet Lincoln expectations. Lead strategic and standardization initiatives across all areas of the business.


    * Procure goods and services with close interface to Maintenance, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Finance for the Indirect (e.g MRO) team located in Cleveland, Ohio.
    * Drive success of third party Integrated Supply services including adoption, requisition creation, and inventory management.
    * Support new systems implementation (e.g. SAP Ariba e-Auctions) and drive programs to exceed goals.
    * Ensure that supply chain flow of materials meet demand, working capital and inventory goals.
    * Coordinate/leverage purchases of goods and services; responsible for negotiations with suppliers.
    * Participate and occasionally lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
    * Lead standardization projects and coordinate efforts to optimize risk and negotiation leverage.
    * Identify and quantify the economic opportunities for strategic projects.
    * Report on key metrics and take corrective action when necessary.
    * Ensure operational priorities include quality, delivery, compliance, and total cost objectives.
    * In conjunction with commercial strategies, identify, evaluate, and develop qualified suppliers.
    * Audit suppliers' facilities and capabilities as required.
    * Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy.


    * Bachelor's degree in Materials Management, Purchasing, Engineering or a related field.
    * MBA, CPM, CPIM certification a plus.
    * Eight plus years of experience, ten preferred. Minimum five years of Procurement/materials/engineering experience in a manufacturing field.
    * Must be able to interface effectively with internal stakeholders, outside fabricators and consultants.
    * Experience in dealing with suppliers from an indirect perspective.
    * Experience with outsourcing fabrication and tooling a plus.
    * Problem solver- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
    * Excellent negotiation skills (understands cost analysis).
    * Proven project management skills with cross functional resources.
    * Leadership skills, demonstrates good judgement, and self-initiative.
    * Ability to read blueprints or equivalent files.
    * Must maintain and represent Lincoln Electric with uncompromised Business Ethics.
    * Proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity software; such as Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
    * Experienced SAP ERP user preferred.
    * Hands on experience in procure to pay system solutions like Ariba, or others.
