    What is in the job?
    Review Install/Removal orders and be able to load your own truck with the necessary inventory to complete the day's work.
    Drive to various locations throughout the day to install and/or remove commercial real estate signs.
    Interact with customers in the field.
    Clean and replace signs back into inventory after removal and return.
    Other duties as assigned.

    What you bring to the job
    2+ years sign installation experience.
    Must possess a valid AZ driver's license and clean driving record.
    Experience installing post and panel signs (must be able to work alone to install a 4x8 real estate sign on two posts with no other help).
    Experience installing banners on a variety of building surfaces.
    Experience with vinyl application and removal.

    Pay Rate 17.00-18.00/hr. based on experience

    What is the Job?
    Porter/Groundskeeper for a luxury apartment complex
    Responsibilities include: 80% of cleaning/housekeeping and 20% light maintenance. Candidate will clean lobby areas, vacuum, shampoo rugs (she stated the carpet machine is heavy so a little bit of heavy lifting will be involved) keeping the grounds outside clean of debris and garbage, emptying of trash etc. The light maintenance will consist of responding to unit requests under the direction of the maintenance superintendent, will work on in unit painting, and other light duties, also light repairs- back up of toilets etc. will be trained in other areas as necessary.
    Previous Porter experience in an apartment complex is a plus.

Most of the work is outdoors during all seasons and weather conditions around the Phoenix and Tucson areas

    We are seeking an Assistant Chief Engineer for a job opportunity with a leading client in Eagan, MN.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    * Assist the Chief Engineer in the formulation and implementation of the preventive maintenance program. Specific duties include but are not limited to: scheduling of preventative maintenance with a minimum disruption of building services; performing and/or delegating preventative maintenance tasks to the appropriately qualified maintenance staff member; ordering parts and equipment required for repair; maintenance and installation of new equipment.
    * Check malfunctioning equipment and ascertain corrective action required to restore to satisfactory operating condition.
    * Demonstrate the ability to understand the engineering design and operational aspects of the Base Building systems and be able to immediately recognize system performance deficiencies and respond to operational and emergency situations.
    * Assist the Chief Engineer in the organization and management of all administrative functions related to the engineering department including budgeting and financial control, compliance with all applicable national and local codes and regulations, reporting on budgets, energy accounting, and productivity.
    * Ensure the availability of an adequate operating inventory of tools and supplies. Specific duties include, but not limited to: preparing and submitting purchase order requests; developing sources for stock materials; performing periodic checks for supplies.
    * Maintain up-to-date files of building plans, equipment specifications, and all maintenance logs as required.
    * Work with vendors and contractors regarding installations, preventative maintenance, and modifications ensuring that all safety procedures and guidelines are followed.
    * Assist the General Manager and Chief Engineer with management of all tenant and capital improvement construction projects from construction document review to project closeout and completion.
    * Provide training aimed at expanding the capabilities of the operations staff. Specific duties include, but not limited to: demonstrating the proper use and care of tools and instruments; giving hands on instruction in basic maintenance, safety, and troubleshooting procedures; recommending relevant outside engineering courses for enrollment and instilling an overall level of professionalism in manner and appearance.
    * Maintain a courteous and professional work ethic, appearance, and attitude.
    * Provide support to the Chief Engineer or General Manager on all standard company initiatives. Maintain compliance with the Operational Compliance Program. Demonstrate improvement from previous scores.
    * Perform special requests as assigned by the General Manger and/or Chief Engineer.

    EDUCATION AND SKILLS

    * 5+ years of experience in building engineering maintenance with at least 5 years in supervision.
    * Exposure to HVAC, fluid handling/pumping, fluid filtering, mechanical systems, welding, and electrical systems engineering and operation.
    * Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance processes.
    * Understands aspects of construction planning and execution, preferred.
    * Good computer skills in software such as MS Office, E-Mail, etc.
    * Strong verbal/written communication skills.
    * Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.

    Summary of Job Description:

    The Operating Engineer supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes to mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities. Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    * Supervises and directs contractors and monitors performance of their assigned responsibilities.
    * Performs and/or directs the performance of all maintenance service requests, insuring that work performed in these areas is accomplished efficiently with a minimum amount of disruption and inconvenience.
    * Manages contractors, including selection, scheduling and job assignments, appraisals and recognition.
    * Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts
    * Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment
    * General interior maintenance - hang pictures, repair office furniture systems, minor plumbing
    * Completes special tasks that include but are not limited to; painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests, and general maintenance as assigned.
    * Moves office furniture, machinery, equipment and other materials as requested
    * Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.
    * Respond effectively to all emergencies.
    * Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas. Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them.
    * Complies with all policies for the safe storage, usage and disposal of hazardous materials.
    * Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs
    * Maintains a clean and safe work environment and maintain compliance to State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or Laws.
    * Documents work performance and materials procurement as directed, using work order system
    * Other assigned operational tasks as may be typically expected of the Building Engineer role.
    * Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems and related electrical and mechanical equipment
    * Maintain a safety-first culture by promoting and driving safe work practices timely training, best practices as well as delivering rewards and recognitions to promote safe behavior.
    * Implement Preventive Maintenance programs
    * Ability to maintain, and troubleshoot basic power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials
    * Ability to, maintain, and troubleshoot basic relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components-- photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, frequency inverters, tachs, and encoders
    * Basic knowledge of PLC programs, ability to troubleshoot ladder logic (read use for troubleshooting), components (CPU back plains, I/O boards, counters, modules, and devices.
