    Un de nos clients, une entreprise de gestion immobilière, recherche présentement un Concierge Résident pour compléter son équipe de Laval.

    Voici les tâches que vous aurez à effectuer :

    - Nettoyer les appartements vacants et les préparer pour la location (peinture, travaux mineurs, etc).
    - Nettoyer s'il y a une fuite d'eau, enlever la neige sur trottoirs, et mettre du sel en hiver
    - Changer les ampoules et nettoyer les aires communes (corridors, parquets, escaliers, etc)
    - Passer l'aspirateur, balai, ou vadrouille à l'intérieur
    - Laver les espaces de rangement et les fenêtres (1x/semaine)
    - Tondre le gazon et enlever les mauvaises herbes
    - Travaux de plomberie de base (changer robinets, etc)
    - Travaux de menuiserie de base (ex: replacer moulures, poser des portes, remplacer cadrages de porte, changer serrures, etc)
    - Ménage des appartements avant location (laver plancher, nettoyer armoires, nettoyer salle de bains, laver fenêtres, etc).
    - Être disponible pour travailler en soirée un semaine sur trois ainsi qu'un week-end complet sur trois.
