    Business Development Leader

    Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Specialist role:
    * Develops sales and marketing strategies focusing on HR Services, Staffing, and Professional Staffing.
    * Business development and ongoing Account/Relationship management.
    * Uncovering business opportunities, prospects, self-lead generation, cold calling, and face to face, to grow customer base.
    * Strategically market competitively held accounts to secure new business.
    * Define and collaborate appropriate marketing strategies.
    * Develop, implement, and manage a detailed business development program of sales calls, direct mail, office administration, and public relations.
    * Function as lead and primary sales resource on identified target accounts and responsible for creating the account plan and coordinating the approach and communication strategy with Branch Managers, on these accounts.
    * Develop strategic solution oriented sales plans to increase business within key accounts and partner with Branch Managers to implement same. This includes selling strategic product and service offerings/solutions and negotiating pricing strategies.
    * Manage the Branches in the area of client retention and new business development.

    As the Business Development Specialist, we require:
    * Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Marketing or equivalent combination of work experience is required.
    * Minimum of 3 years proven outside direct sales experience with focus in consultative and solution oriented sales approaches.
    * Understanding of Manpower or related industry experience is preferable.
    * Proven experience in developing sales strategies, conducting cold calls, making sales presentations, closing techniques and developing service and pricing proposals.
    * Self-motivated individual who exhibits sense of urgency in all sales and service related activity.
    * Strong computer skills - MS products.
    * Exceptional communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
    * Experience handling high volume of work in a fast paced environment.
    * Own vehicle with valid drivers' license; use of a vehicle for the role is required.

    * Create strategies and tactics required to effectively execute against plans to drive account growth and efficiencies.

    * Build relationships with existing client contacts and grow new relationships within established client base.

    * Develop and support market delivery strategy & performance in collaboration with Market Manager.

    Client & Candidate

    * Expand relationships within clients, and pursue opportunities for expansion of web of influences.

    * Involved with clients and associates to drive loyalty.

    * Point of escalation for all

    Thought Leadership

    * Subject matter expert on client industry and business, looked to for World of Work expertise.

    * Offer customized workforce solutions to clients by collaborating across teams/brands to leverage the full suite of ManpowerGroup Solutions



    People & Leadership

    * Manage, inspire and lead delivery team committed to exceptional market results and delighting clients, associate and candidates.

    * Average span of control 2-6 direct reports.

    * Oversee quality of delivery and service team and mitigate risks to account health and client satisfaction.

    * Coach and train on recruiting best practices, processes and technologies



    Qualifications


    Required: Education:

    * High school diploma or equivalent

    * 3 years in recruiting, sales, or account management capacity

    Nice to Have:

    * Industry Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in talent management and/or in the staffing industry, relevant experience in client verticals is a bonus

    * Recruiting: Staffing industry experience or full life-cycle recruitment experience
