    The Opportunity:
    Our Inside Sales Representatives are the voice of our brand and engage leads generated by marketing to help our customers grow and manage their business. Your job is to build rapport with the customer, establish trust, introduce the value of our Movers and book them! We are looking for charming, intelligent, and persistent Inside Sales Representatives with a commitment to winning! This is a full-time position that is based in an office setting with the opportunity to earn work from home status.

    What you get:
    *Our top reps average $1100-$1500 in commission monthly on top of their base hourly rate ◦Some reps have earned over $2500 per month in commissions

    Job Responsibilities:
    * Service existing customers' and suppliers' accounts;
    * Discover and handle concerns and complaints from customers;
    * Develop and maintain the relationships with current customers and potential customers;
    * Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors;
    * Preparation of presentations, proposals and sales contracts;
    * Attend necessary meetings with existing and potential customers;
    * Attend necessary training coordinated by customers;
    * Receive and take care of Prototype orders;
    * Promote and provide new ideas and information to customers;
    * Keep Management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily, weekly, and monthly work plans and reports;
    * Work as Project Manager if appointed for new project;
    * Check customers' order related data and inform necessary information to other departments;
    * Communicate and cooperate internally with other departments regarding customers' and suppliers' related items;
    * Create and manage internal production schedule and component parts ordering schedule etc based on customers' orders and forecast;
    * Necessary data input to Sage100;
    * Maintain, organize, and file necessary SAL documents and data;
    * Manage and advertise aftermarket business and data;
    * Some business travel, as needed (15%-30%);
    * May perform other duties as required.


    Job Requirements:
    Minimum Requirement: Either at least 3 years sales or customer service experience (exclude retail sales) with High School Diploma (or GED), or 4-year College Degree.
    Internal Requirements: Same as above. Occurrence point(s) must be lower than 3.

    This position requires:
    * Excellent PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    * Excellent numerical skills
    * Excellent verbal and written negotiation and communication skills
    * Must be able to learn about products and some production processes
    * Some leadership skills
    * Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
