    * Will contact and follow up on new leads associated with ACA inquiries during the Special Enrollment Period to help foster sales.
    * Must be able to explain ACA plans and ancillary plans and concepts in detail and to provide information on how to apply and enroll using the appropriate online resources.
    * Must have a general knowledge of the market in NC including competitors and how their plans compare to be able to discuss with prospects and members.
