    Primary Responsibilities

    Call all new Web leads that filter through the CRM system and diligently qualify and/or disqualify them based on set criteria.
    Create interest in the company and if possible, create leads.
    Actively follow-up with potential customers who may not have been ready when initial contact was made.
    During show seasons, make a minimum of 100 outbound calls for respective campaign.
    Deliver prepared script that describes the type of campaign, in order to persuade current and/or potential customers to participate.
    Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and transfer the call to the appropriate department.
    Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
    What do you bring?

    * Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales background, particularly Telemarketing
    * Minimum of 2 year of experience using Excel and Word proficiency and general computer literacy
    * Ability to read a sales script in a natural and conversational manner
