What you'll be doing:



Providing various administrative and clerical support in according to company policies and procedures to relieve management or staff of administrative duties

Operating automated office equipment and appropriate software packages: Duties may include the following: preparing, typing, proofing filing reports; generating business correspondence forms, and other documents, and maintaining/updating reports

Answering phones; greeting customs, vendors or visitors as needed

Other duties as directed by management

Providing office supplies for multiple buildings onsite

Working with IT to set up and maintain distribution lists for multiple managers

Proficiency in PowerPoint, eg. organizational charts

Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, especially file handling and surveys, Proficiency in Outlook and scheduling meetings,Proficiency in Excel is a plus

Experience with materials ordering systems, eg. Coupa

Organizing travel, considering international COVID restrictions and regulations

Filling out and submitting expense reports in Concur



The skills we are looking for:



Minimum 4 years of applicable experience

Strong web, social media, and software/tech skills - MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive situations and records

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in person, on phone, and in writing)

Quick and accurate - able to follow directions, prioritize and meet deadlines

Drives projects to completion and goes above and beyond to get things done

Sense of urgency and takes initiative
