Job Description

Do you have experience as a After Market Parts Coordinator in a manufacturing environment? Do you thrive in a fast - paced environment, and love working with a team to produce results? Do you have experience in entering customer quotes, processing orders, and answering incoming calls? Manpower is partnered with a leading manufacturer in the heart of San Fernando Valley. If you are interested, we want to speak to you about our After - Market Parts Coordinator position.

What's in it for you?

· Alternative Work Schedule M- Th 7am - 4pm and Friday 7-2pm plus OT as needed

· Pay rate: $17.00/hr. - $18.00/hr.

· 2-4 Months

What you'll be doing:

* Entering customers quotes and processing orders

* Following up on open quotes

* Monitoring hot/critical orders with production

* Providing freight quotes and following up with shipping department

* Monitoring and communicating the progress of shipments after department the company's site and department training projects

* Handling incoming calls

* Accurately providing quotes and orders to customers

The skills we are looking for:

* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or sales organization

* BS or BA preferred

* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast - paced environment

* Skilled interpreting/reading basic drawings

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Adept in Excel, Outlook, AS400 and other mainframe systems
