Job Description

Manpower is hiring an Account Coordinator! If you have experience working with Customer Service Representatives, Sales, Managers, and upper Management to ensure smooth customer operations, to increase customer satisfaction and company revenue by providing accurate information and timely responses, Manpower may have the perfect opportunity for you!

What you will be doing:

35% Managing sales orders from creation to Completion in Navision, Power AX and SAP, monitor order production, and ensuring on time delivery. Provide POM's/ SOP's and POD's information timely to Accounting dept for all products.

25% Reporting and revenue analysis: Weekly Landing report, customer specific reports either issued internally or requested by the customers, AT&T, Sprint & affiliates, Verizon, DISH and TracFone volume weekly report, publishing monthly reports, other reports requested by sales managers, Finance department and corporate. Entering information on customer's portal, as required by some of our customers.

10% Leading weekly and monthly customer calls to ensure excellent relationships with customers

5% Monitoring and maintaining all in-house reports by regularly inputting and updating data on system. Reports include customer status reports, Input / Output files, vendor inventory, client packages and test card reports.

5% Following up and researching past due invoices; monitoring payments made; sending out email notifications and reconciling all mobile customer accounts.

5% Managing new customer on boarding and product qualification process

5% Coordinating with Customers, sales managers, company's factories and corporate to ensure raw material supply meets customer's short-term and long-term demand.

5% Assisting customers with product related technical issues, submitting and following up complaints in proprietary database

5% Assisting any other tasks, such as Power AX / Navision /SAP issue coordination, preparing and submitting quotations to customers, coordinating with customers for any special requests. Opening quality complaints on SF, credit notes correction if necessary. Coordinating scrap resolution when happens.

The Qualifications we are Looking for:

* Must have a high school diploma or GED

* AA degree or higher, preferred.

* Must be able to communicate in both oral and written language

* Bilingual - Mandarin/English preferred

* Must be proficient in Windows software (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel is required)

* Knowledge of SAP and ERP systems is vital
