Manpower is looking for an experienced, full-time Sales Account Executive who has the ability to work remotely, for an immediate start.

What will you be doing?

● B2B Sales (variety of businesses from mid-size to Fortune 500 companies) with a variety of methods including: cold-calling, self-prospecting, inbound leads, and follow-ups.

● Build relationships with clients and be passionate about the client's business, developing respectful relationships with all program partners including agency partners, vendors, talent, and agents.

● Strong closing ability, hunter mentality, and willingness to achieve and exceed sales KPIs and targets.

● Remail focused on program results, developing ongoing reports, and ensuring that client objectives are met and ideally exceeded.

● Train and manage teams of Brand Ambassadors/Product Specialists, ensuring consistent and flawless key messaging while maintaining team morale.

● Manage opportunities through the sales cycle and close new business (new logo) to increase revenue by tracking, locating, and analyzing Prospects clients.

● Leverage existing relationships to introduce and promote Cincopa services, and provide service demonstrations to key stakeholders.

● Ability to make more than 100 follow up calls per day and to generate new engagements, manage complex business and technical relationships in a high call volume sales environment.

● Follow up and manage prospect lists (through CRM) and to convert them to qualified leads (QL), meeting (MQL), follow up to the closing.



What are the experiences and qualifications that you bring to the role?

● Proven track record of B2B sales, and experience as an Account Executive for Software or/and SaaS companies.

● Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Fearless attitude - willing to take intelligent risks, as well as be a tenacious hunter who is unafraid to cold-call/prospect for new clients.

● Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment

● Capability to work remotely, be a self-starter, and ensure client relationship engagement.

● Ability to work effectively independently, while also being a Team Player.

● Experience using CRM, Slack, and Work-From-Home tools.

● Proven track record of 100 follow-up/engage calls (Not cold calls) per day and above 33% conversion to meetings (MQL) and at least 15% into Deals.

● BA/BS in business with negotiation/business preferred or equivalent experience

● 3+ years minimum prior B2B SaaS sales experience, client management, account management, and proven closing experience.
