Accounting Manager Oppportunity! As an Accounting Manager, you will be part of the Finance Dept. supporting the CFO. The ideal candidate will have DRIVE, attention to detail, exceptional listening and communication skills, tact, confidence, and the ability to learn systems and processes. Also, a strong understanding of accounting processes centered around manufacturing is ideal!
Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Pay Range: $95-$110K
What’s the Job?
- AP/AR management, cash management; cash application, granting credit, cash collections
- Month/Year end close; including account reconciliations
- POC for accounting related inquiries
- Year-end audit
What’s Needed?
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related.
- CPA or willingness to obtain is strongly preferred.
- 5 - 7 years of Accounting experience preferably in manufacturing
- Microsoft Word, Excel: strong analytical and data manipulation skills - Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS
- Proficient in ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, ect.
- Must have time management skills: ability to adhere to deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong supervisory/leadership abilities
