Whats You be Doing?
· Excellent telephone and communication English required*
· Transferring, and directing incoming calls to the appropriate persons and/or departments.
· Greeting clients, suppliers, and visitors to the local office in a professional, friendly manner.
· Coordination of on-site conference logistics, including meeting/event scheduling, presentation material compilation, audio visual requirements, and guest refreshments.
· Ensures efficient operations of equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, coordinating facility repair calls, and maintaining office supply inventory.
· Phone directory maintenance and compiling monthly branch reports.
· Providing back up support to Customer Service Representatives CSR's) as needed.
· This position is also responsible for building strong working relationships within the office environment/branch operations group to support achievement of operational objectives and position demands.
· Ability to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities/task in a fast-paced work environment.
· Strong project management skills and high attention to detail.
· Handles confidential matters and issues where the highest level of discretion and decorum.
· Ability to work dependably or in a team environment.
· Demonstrated ability to making decisions, learn quickly, thinking rationally and exercising good judgment.
· Work effectively in diverse team environment.
· Additional responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
· Strong organizational, time management skills, ability to multi-task with efficiency and detailed orientated.
· Flexibility to work outside normal working hours, as required.
High level of professionalism and diplomacy.
PREFERRED SKILLS
· Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Must be able to read and understand instructions. BILINGUAL IS A MUST
