Job Description

Manpower is recruiting for Temporary Supervisor / Manager in a department for one of our top clients in Tallahassee, FL! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.



What will you be doing?

*Coordinating and developing competitive procurement's,

*Participate in the evaluation and review of contract proposals; Negotiate, monitor and evaluate

*Implement assigned statewide contracts; negotiate and prepare contract budgets.

*Prepare contract documents, deliverables, amendments, renewals, and extensions.

*Monitor application and implementation of appropriate rules, regulations, policies, procedures.

*Approve contract invoices for payment and maintain contract ledgers.

*Gather and evaluate data with respect to expenditure patterns and surplus/deficit.

*Monitor the delivery of all contracted services by reviewing available reports.

*Conduct quality assurance activities, including programmatic, fiscal and administrative monitoring.

*Prepare monitoring reports; make recommendations and develop corrective action plans.

*Conduct reviews to reconcile differences in data reports.



What will you bring to the job?

*Florida Certified Contract Manager - Certified through MFMP is preferred.

*Bring work experience of RFP, ITN, and ITB

*Knowledge of administrative principles and practices.

*Knowledge of the methods of reporting and data collection.

*Ability to review and monitor policies and procedures for compliance with applicable requirements.

*Ability to develop and organize data into logical format for presentation in reports, proposals and other written documents.

*Ability to evaluate and analyze data to assess compliance with contract requirements.

*Ability to utilize problem-solving techniques.

*Ability to work independently

*Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

*Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel

*Ability to follow written and verbal instruction

*Ability to prioritize and multitask

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Strong attention to detail

*Strong organizational skills

*Be willing and able to clear criminal background check
