Job Description

Administrative Assistant to perform a wide range of tasks and support multiple executives. Success as the point person will rely on your excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding time management, and initiative to independently research and collect needed information. Accuracy and attention to detail when making travel arrangements, calendaring, and scheduling are key. Point person to track and report operational KPIs, CAPEX / Opex management and tracking and Kaizen project tracking.

· Manage an active calendar of appointments, understand priority / urgency, and reorganize appropriately.

· Expedite handling of correspondence, global e-mail requests and phone calls while maintaining a high level of discretion and communicating professionally in writing and verbally across all levels of the company and externally.

· Utilize MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other technology to prepare, modify and proofread presentation materials, organization charts, reports and letters.

· Complete various assignments as requested with minimal supervision, including meeting planning, floor and emergency coordinator duties, badging administration, external vendor support, and special projects.

· Maintain records, confidential files and MD specific reports.

· Schedule complex meetings and maintain multiple calendars.

· Continuously look for ways to improve efficiencies of day-to-day tasks.

· Support travel arrangements, Visa, Passport and associated expense reports.

· Manage all aspects of office administration using independent thinking and judgment with sole discretion for office procedures.

· Monitor required corporate learning and follow up with appropriate leaders when compliance is not met.

· Prepare monthly communications presentations with KPI's, safety, quality data, etc.

· Create and maintain a KPI scorecard for the facility.
