Job Description

Administrative Assistant Needed for Immediate Start



Our client located in Burnaby has an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant starting ASAP!

What is the job?



- Your primary role will be to purge confidential & sensitive files and relocate the purged files to new file cabinets

- You will be responsible for a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties including typing memos, letters, reports, maintaining calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, faxing, & filing, working with a Dictaphone, and answering phones

- Perform other duties as assigned



What do you bring to the role?



- Proven work experience as Administrative Assistant

- Minimum three years' experience in a similar role

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Attention to detail with the ability to accurately document and record information

- Proficient with MS Suite
