Job Description

Admin/Secretary - Part Time - 20 hrs. per week
Frederick, MD - $18.00-$20.00 per hour
*This is a permanent/direct hire request from our local client.

About this job:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Pastor and staff
  • Be a point of contact with vendors
  • Collect accounting documents for accountants
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors through effective communication and timely follow-through
  • Use your creativity to write/create Church fliers
  • Maintain the Church's calendar to arrange/schedule dates for various events
  • Give church tours
  • Maintain member database by adding member information as well as donation information
  • Work on the weekly church bulletin and send out via Mail Chimp
  • Monitor emails and handle accordingly
  • Copying, filing, and answering phones
  • Have strong attention to detail with very high accuracy of data input
  • Work well independently while supporting your team
