Recruiting Administrative Assistant role for one of the leading Bank in Canada.

What is the job?



* Prepare Meeting Space

* Greet Clients upon arrival to branch and events

* Communicate with clients via phone, in-person and e-mail where required

* Provide exceptional customer service at every interaction.

* Handle and prepare income and outgoing couriers and mail.

* Support in maintaining client files; filing, scanning documents etc.

* Support in keeping electronic client database up to date

* Provide consistent and accurate administrative support to PIC team

* Support in documentation and preparation for client meetings

* Be familiar and adhere to compliance requirements as outlined in PIC policies and procedures. This includes all aspects of new and existing account documentation and marketing materials.

* Be pro-active in the role to improve team efficiency and organization

* Demonstrate knowledge of, and comply with, all compliance regulations, securities laws, risk & confidentiality requirements, and Code of Conduct & Ethics

* Participate fully as a member of the team and contribute to a positive work environment

* Participate in Branch meetings

* Build and develop skills and knowledge of the wealth industry

* Support an inclusive and diverse workplace

* Superior communication and organizational skills.

* Able to work well in a team environment and be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

* The candidate will use considerable initiative to provide a high level of organization for the branch.

* Detail oriented and able to multi-task and effectively manage a variety of activities and different types of tasks.

* Demonstrated discretion and independent judgment when dealing with highly sensitive matters.

* Strong written/verbal communication skills and relationship builder - diplomacy skills interpersonal effectiveness required to manage a fast-paced work environment, manage expectations, and deal effectively and professionally with clients, COI's and Prospects.

* Ability to keep information organized and confidential.

* Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

* Accuracy - highest network - highest portfolio
