Job Description

Effective, professional, and service oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in data entry, computer savvy, great organizational skills, and the ability to follow processes according to our customer's requirements and internal standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Maintains accurate, timely, and thorough records in proprietary database

* Reviews reports for errors and makes necessary corrections.

* Data entry- input information into computerized tracking systems and traces shipments with vendors and related suppliers.

* Ability to respond to escalation service requests

* Typing, faxing, mail distribution, phone messaging, and other office related duties as required

* Update schedule, logs and tasks daily

* Track and process Agency personnel time sheets.

* Perform all other duties as assigned

Education, Experience & Certification Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred

* Experience in the automotive industry a plus.

* Basic MS Office (Word, Outlook) required. Access knowledge. Intermediate Excel skills

* AS 400

* Communicates clearly with excellent verbal, written and listening skills

* Maintain confidentiality, with tact and discretion
