Manpower is seeking a Assemblers for one of our clients in Rockford, TN.  The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing experience, Microsoft Excel knowledge and ability to work with electro-mechanical systems which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Floor Assembly Operator

Location: Rockford, TN

Pay Range: $19

What’s the Job?

• Performs semi-complex work within area of specialization.
• Follow documents processes, manufacturing instructions, and industry standards on a semi-independent level.
• Effectively identifies manufacturing related issues associated to the instructions and processes.
• Obtain daily output of designated zone of responsibility.
• A plus to have but not required: Advanced Skills: Soldering, Testing of Medical Devices, Rework.

What’s Needed?

• Understands basic manufacturing processes.
• 2 – 5 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• High School Diploma or GED
