What you'll be doing:

* Maintain client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfaction.



* Support compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management and operational policies and procedures.



* Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPI's); monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA's) monthly to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly.



* Enforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practices.



* Implement and monitor hazard control and team safety practices, ensure compliance with local codes and regulations and Jones Lang LaSalle operations standards.



* Support budget creation, tracking, and reporting.



* Support ongoing cost reduction programs to reduce operating costs while managing risk



* Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team, by including driving the development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovations.



* Support work order management for in house staff and vendors as necessary.



* Support proactive cost and energy savings initiatives.



* Support facility soft services as needed and directed such as: janitorial, meetings preparation, conference services, copy centers, fitness centers, media services, waste, food services, parking, vending, and badging.



* Support the communication of and compliance with customer Policies and Procedure as relevant to Facilities Management.



* Participate in various committee meetings as required.



* Provide relevant and compliant advice to facilities stakeholders.



* Assist in management of IFM projects for the site.



* Support the Facilities Manager in the operational requirements of site personnel moves.



* Assist with the routing and dispatching of work orders to technical staff, vendors, or other service providers.



* Obtain quotes and coordinate contractors with account Sourcing team.



* Assist with the coordination of office space for new staff.



* Organize and carry out accommodation/equipment changes.



Who were looking for:

* Bachelor's Degree Required



* 2-3 years prior experience in supply chain (vendor) management, operations, hospitality services, facility/property management experience and/or knowledge of commercial real estate, preferred



* Excellent customer, computer, managerial, verbal and written communication skills



* Must be able to pass Background and Drug Screening



* Must be fully Covid-19 vaccinated
