Job Description

Are you seeking immediate employment in a safe, clean, well-lit work environment? Join our growing team of Bilingual Customer Care Associates at an exciting client in Moncton, NB

*This will be a remote position to start, however, you must reside in the greater Moncton area to report to the office daily once it reopens.

Bilingual Customer Care Associate $16/hour

What's in it for you?

*$16 per hour plus 4% vacation pay

*Paid weekly, every Friday

*Full-time hours - Monday to Friday Day Shift

*Potential for permanent (6-month contract)

What is the job?

*Answer incoming requests via phone, email, fax and web

*Contact consumers via telephone to arrange payments for past due accounts

*Resolve or forward requests in accordance with established procedures

*Identify new demands, and perform a variety of complex clerical tasks

*Register the consumer, supplier and employee inquiries/complaints into the ticketing application

*Identify and escalate critical issues

What do you bring to the job?

*High School Diploma or GED

*College Diploma preferred

*Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check

*1-3 years' experience in a contact center environment with collections experience

*Excellent Customer Service Skills

*SAP, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence knowledge an asset

*Excellent communication skills in French and English required

*Ability to Multitask, prioritize and work in a fast paced environment working with dual screens and multiple applications

*Availability to work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
