As an Eligibility Specialist, you will provide customer service regarding Texas Heal & Social Service Programs, including Medicaid, SNAP, and CHIP. Equipment provided. Must reside within 70 miles of Athens, TX. On-site training in Athens, TX is required.
Job Title: Remote Customer Support
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $14-$15
What’s the Job?
- Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems.
- Meet QA and other key performance metrics.
- Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials.
- Refer consumers to appropriate entities according to the established guidelines.
- Basic computer apptitude in Windows
What’s Needed?
- High School diploma/GED
- Be able to work for first week onsite in Athens, TX for training.
- Excellent attendance (no time off during training)
- Internet access: minimum 20 Mbps download & 5Mbps upload.
- Continuously demonstrate a high sense of urgency and perform under pressure.

- 8:00 am - 6:30 pm, Monday-Friday, plus overtime
