Job Description

We are looking for a Call Center Rep! This is a remote position paying $15 an hour!

Hours: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and 11am-8pm PST.

This a full-time position. No part time shifts are available or schedule accommodations. The first two days of training are mandatory attend via Zoom.

Duties, and responsibilities:

-Answer incoming calls from consumers providers requesting information about the COVID-19 vaccine

-Complete associated tasks according to the established guidelines.

-Track and Document all inquiries using the applicable systems. Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics.

-Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via email or download.

-Transfer / refer consumers to appropriate entities according to the established guidelines. Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed.

-Facilitate translation service for non-English speaking callers according to procedures. Attend meetings and training's as requested and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all programs and systems.

Minimum Requirements:

-High School Diploma or equivalent

- 0-1 years of experience. Call center experience, desirable.

-Ability to manage a high level of confidentiality

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

-Excellent Organizational, written, and verbal skills

-Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.

This position is a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) opening. Please review the device requirements to successfully do the day to day work expectations.

-1 USB type C3.1 Ge 2 Port (or Headset)

-1RJ-45 connection for wired network connection to router

Internet Connectivity:

-Wired internet connection from computer to router or modem

-Download - 20pmbs minimum

-Upload - 5Mpbs minimum

-An attestation of speed is required. Each agent shall access

-Client does not accept tablet platforms (iPad, Chromebook etc.)
