Material Handlers and Laborers -$20-$30/hr - 10 hour shifts/3 day weekends! Operate equipment such as skid steer and telehandler. Load and haul materials. Clean up yard. Inventory. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Carpenter - $28 - $38/hr - 10 hour shifts/3 day weekends! Carpentry and finish work. Blocking, block-outs, weather barrier install, framing, finish work with trim, shimming, and shaving. Site clean up. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Tools will be provided. References required.
Site Superintendent - $80,000 - $110,000 per year - 10 hours shifts/3 day weekends!! Provide onsite supervision and lead employees, subcontractors, and suppliers. Responsible for safety/risk management, scheduling, material procurement, quality control, crew allocation, and other duties. Will set up project goals and deadlines. 5+ years of construction experience, ability to read and understand building plans and specifications, and prior management experience required. Efficiency in technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office needed
