Now hiring for a Fortune 500 company in the Downtown Tulsa area for contract Customer Support Associate
Job overview:
Point of contact with customer base to ensure that order placement of products and delivery are accurate, managed, and maintained. Will require working with various departments to manage logistics of orders. Some customer resolution, research, and retention management required.
Qualified candidates will have:
No less than 1year of recent SAP experience
Salesforce experience preferred but not required
Ability to communicate with customers and various departments to work towards solutions and meet deadlines
Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, work in a team and independently
Strong Ms Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word
