What's in it for you?

What you'll be doing:

* Provides quality control measures for customer comments and complaints by evaluating and investigating problems, developing solutions, informing management, and overseeing or developing written replies

* Directs inquiries to appropriate department or base for follow-up

* Follows up with internal departments to ensure resolution is timely and per departmental standards.

* Ensures all daily customer comment functions relating to written responses to letters, emails, and verbal requests for written responses are completed according to board approved policy; including requests for callbacks to customer comments

* Assists in handling customer calls transferred from the customer information center, including but not limited to, resolving issues for Express Lanes customers

* Receive public input and distribute appropriate information through written and or

verbal communication

* Prioritize, organize, and perform work independently to meet time constraints and

deadlines

* Effective telephone techniques, etiquette, and customer service.

* Manage multiple tasks and meet specific deadlines



Who we're looking for:

* Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in business administration or public transportation with a minimum 2+ years' of customer relations experience REQUIRED

* Microsoft Office Proficient (Excel, Outlook, Word) REQUIRED

* Knowledge of Americans with Disabilities Act HIGHLY PREFERRED

* Bilingual English AND Spanish HIGHLY PREFERRED

* Able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen

* COVID Vaccination REQUIRED
