Shift: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.36 per hour
Parking: Responsible for paying for parking downtown

Customer Service Agent:
Work within a contact center to answer and respond to calls regarding services, process, and appointments. Averaging 300 -700 calls per day. Greet customers at front reception area and/or via incoming calls, determine customer needs; route customers to the appropriate service area through the Q Flow System; monitor the Q flow system, answer basic questions and provide assistance to customers directing them to the necessary forms and applications required for each service area.
Job Duties:
* Answers incoming phone calls with the standard departmental greeting.
* Provides first call resolution if possible, by determining the customer's needs with best plan of action.
* Screen customers using departmental knowledge and various resources, while always displaying a positive and friendly attitude 100% of the time.
* Forwards unresolved customer complaints or inquiries to the appropriate staff and submit escalated issues to management.
* Provide information to customers and citizens about various functions and services provided by the county services
Job Qualifications:
* Previous history of high-volume call center experience
* Proficient in navigating multiple systems while managing administrative tasks
* Excellent presentation skills to assist in the reception area and back office center
* Must be willing to adapt to evolving work environment
* Must have excellent communication skills and proficient in MS Office!
* Bilingual a plus but not required!
