Job Description

Looking for a great long term position with a great company?



This role is working as a Customer Service Rep in the Technology industry to support the Logistic and fulfillment requirements of its clients.



What is the Job?



* Help manage current customer accounts

* Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound emails

* Maintain relationships with carriers and customers

* Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers

* Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues

* Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers

* Excellent multitasking skills



TASKS, ACTIVITIES & SUCCESS CRITERIA:



* Generate a delivery files

* Call clients to arrange delivery appointments of lap tops and equipment

During these calls you will be required to confirm key points of information to validate the services required.

* Manage the delivery report to be shared with internal teams

* Receiving a weekly excel file for orders required to be shipped

* Enter order details on our warehouse suppliers' website

* Update the weekly file with the order confirmations and shipment details

* Receive transportation request from client

* Validate information and submit transportation request using the eOrder system

* Confirm back to client the appropriate BOL details

* Provide Receiving vendors a pre-alert to the deliveries



Target Qualifications include:

* Intermediate skills in MS Office (Excel, MS Outlook)

* Strong communication skills; verbal, written, listening

* Data entry speed and accuracy

* Strong time management and priority setting practices

* Must be team-oriented, able to work collaboratively and also independently

* French language (speaking) is an asset

* 2-3 years' experience in a customer service role

* 1-2 years' experience in a distribution, transportation and/or logistics environment is an asset
