Job Description

This position is part of a six person service center team, and is one of several call center teams in the department. The callers are the more than six thousand members of the sales force, and call from across the US. This service center team is supported by a group of subject matter experts in the department who help our customer service team with complex situations.



Description:

Provides customer service via telephone and e mail to national sales force and their staff on the their compensation, benefits and sales reporting.

Communicates with callers in an open and professional way.

Answer questions that are routine, and escalate calls to specialists on our teams as needed.

Under the direction of the managers, specialists and mentors, may handle more complex inquiries

Organizes work in a way that allows team members to easily locate and complete casework.

Adhere to the 8:30 to-5pm phone schedule, with 11:30-2 phone break for daily meetings, case discussion and work, and lunch.
